Founder & CEOAracelis Gutierrez founded We Klean Inc. in 2007. Aracelis has 21 years of experience working in health care centers. Her passion and vision of becoming an entrepreneur began when she recognized the need for reliable and systematized medical facility cleaning. Managing new and existing clients, Aracelis focuses on designing strategies to help improve sanitation, ensuring that clients adhere to the cleaning standards and state requirements. Understanding the client's pain points and needs, Aracelis develops cleaning strategies that are customized to each medical facility. We Klean currently employs 50+ employees in the Southern California area.
Nancy Leal
Compliance OfficerJoining We Klean in 2020, as a Compliance Officer, Nancy has over 15 years of experience working in the health care industry. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, Nancy oversees daily operations and manages the We Klean Team. Additionally, Nancy is responsible for conducting internal EVS supervisory audits, which provide clients with recommendations that will help improve the sanitation of their facilities.
Imelda Castro
Quality Assurance ManagerAs Quality Assurance supervisor, Imelda manages multiple facilitates and We Klean's team of EVS technicians. Imelda is also responsible for the weekly client inspection reports, ensuring that clients receive top quality services. Additionally, Imelda is involved in the hiring process, as she assists with interviews, on-boarding and trainings.
